    Austrian Post Office in Chios (Cesme) 1905: 10 pa. on 5 h. green, a used example on 'flap tucked in' envelope to Troppau tied by bold strike of scarce CESME / OSTERREICHISCHE POST datestamp (24/2) in black (Tchilinghirian fig. 4). Reverse with arrival cds over flap (5/III) in black. A charming and scarce cover.
